For travel and trip arrangements, members reach their concierge at concierge@privesa.ai or directly inside the Privesa app — the concierge chat on the home screen answers questions and connects you with our team at any hour. We respond to every message, typically within a few hours.
How do I become a member?
Privesa is an invitation-based membership. If you'd like to be considered, email concierge@privesa.ai and tell us a little about your travel. Membership is free — there are no dues or subscription fees.
How do I request a flight?
Tell your concierge where you'd like to go, when, and with how many guests — in your own words, right in the app. You'll receive curated aircraft options to review, and your charter agreement and trip sheet are handled in the app from there.
How do credits work?
Members receive $1,000 in credits upon acceptance, and earn additional credits with each completed booking — similar to loyalty rewards. Credits are applied toward future trips. They are never sold and cannot be purchased.
How do I pay for a flight?
Charter fees are settled by wire transfer or credit card, arranged with your concierge for each trip. The app itself never charges you.
I can't sign in — what do I do?
You can reset your password at privesa.ai/forgot-password. If you're still having trouble, email support@privesa.ai and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account directly in the app: open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and personal data are removed immediately. You may also email support@privesa.ai from your account address. See our Privacy Policy for details on the information we hold.
